National Cricket Ground, St Lucia
Carillion was the management contractor for the National Cricket Ground in St Lucia – the first cricket stadium in St Lucia to meet the requirements of the world cricket authority to enable test matches to take place.
The 8,000-seat ground was constructed using steel frames and pre-cast concrete units. An additional 6,000 spectators can be accommodated within the grounds, giving a total capacity of 14,000.
Other features include a players’ pavilion, a media building, four general spectator stands and 18 sponsored private boxes.
